Anne's teachers came to say hi in person at the end of the school year. She sure loved Mrs. Powell and especially Mrs. Neumaker.

This was a really fun to do with Zac. We make a good team.

Aw man, it put these pictures in backwards. Oh well. This was one of my favorite memories last summer. We decided to try our first family backpacking trip. It ended up being twice as long as we thought it would be and pretty steep. But the kids were such awesome troopers. We ended up not eating dinner till we got to Silver Lake at about 8pm. It was the best tasting cup of Ramen we had ever eaten. Poor James ended up spilling his and his sweet sisters all shared some of their precious dinner with their brother.

This was my favorite picture from the hike. It totally captures their feelings of "We did it!!"

When we drove home the next day these treats never tasted so good :)
