Lookin' snazzy
One of her favorite new toys...I don't know where she gets it from ;)
Our little rocky.
As you can see from above and the pictures to follow, Anne's starting to imitate us and want to do the things we do. One day she found my scripture bag and slung it over her shoulder and walked around. So cute.

So we were just kidding about the whole spring thing. Since the last blog it has snowed twice. But...it still keeps pretty warm and the snow usually melts the next day. Anne's favorite thing to do was play with the water from the rain gutters.
Anne's footprints.

Anne's new favorite word.

I think it's safe to say Anne is officially a walker. She walks around the house all cute and careful-like :) Good job Anne! (We figured out that all of her major milestones have come in six month increments: she sat up on the day of her 6 month birthday, she crawled at 12 months, and is walking at 18 months. We think she just likes to be organized :)

Once again, our little one trying to be like us. What's funny is she actually walks better when she's holding the phone like this...hmm...

Quick Silliness

We love Anne's crazy hair. When she plays on the couch it does this :)

I don't quite know what to do with Anne's hair cause it's kind of in an in-between stage. It's getting shaggy but I don't want to cut it again, I want it to grow out. She pulls the clips and headbands off her head so those don't work. So we do a lot of pig-tails or just let it go o'natural. Here's her first real ponytail. (If you notice she's chewing on her comb which two seconds later I had to confiscate from her because she bit one of the bristles off. She's starting to put weird objects in her mouth and she's never done that before, crazy.)
We're itching to start gardening already. We know it's still really early, but we're excited to start our big vegetable garden. So on the weekends we've been pruning, raking and pulling up weeds to get ready. Anne of course wanted to help.
We've been trying to get a good picture of her cute new smile that she does all the time and haven't seem to been able to. This is as close as we've gotten. She does it much bigger usually. She does it especially whenever we tell her good job or good girl. I saw a picture of me when I was that age and apparently I had the same smile :)
On Sunday I thought I would see if her Easter dress from last year would still fit her....and sure enough it does! I think it actually fits her better than last year. Our skinny little girl. This is also Zac and my's favorite of Anne's hair styles.

Daddy and Anne being silly.
