Auntie Jennifer!

A couple weeks ago Anne (and Zac and I) had a blast with Auntie Jennifer! Anne made a new buddy and loved all the treats Aunt Jennifer would give her :) We wish she lived closer :( but we're so happy she could visit!

I love this grin. Anne is doing great. She is saying new words all the time which is so fun to hear what she's thinking about. The words she says most often are doggy, mom, daddy, ball, fishes, water, and she's obsessed with the moon! Every time we go outside at night (and even sometimes during the day) she finds the moon and says "Moon!" and giggles. We don't know why she's so attached to it, but it's cute. She also says "nice" for anything she likes and gives it tons of hugs and kisses. She is so loving. And even though she is starting to get more independent and strong willed, she is still very obedient and does what she's told. I hope Rachel takes after her good example :)

We had a big garage sale with Jennifer so she could try to sell a lot of her stuff that was in storage. Anne liked looking through and playing with some of her trinkets including these earings.

I don't know what's up with this grin, but it's funny.

She can now swing on a big-girl swing. She's growing up so fast.

Her favorite things to do at the playground are the swings and pushing the stroller around. She's not super interested in the playground equipment or slides unless we urge her. But she's learning.

Aunt Jennifer was a huge help in taking care of Anne and gave me a little break from lifting which I greatly appreciated.

And of course we had to go swimming to show Aunt Jennifer Anne's cool fish moves. She absolutely loves the water and would kick her legs and even blow bubbles in the water!

Gotta love mornings :)

We're hoping this is a sign of things to come. She is very loving with her baby dolls and loves to give them bottles and push them around in her baby stroller. I even caught her reading to them one day and showing them the pictures in the story.
This is one of our favorite outings these days. Our friend and neighbor, Alexis lets us borrow her bike and we go for rides around the neighborhood. It's a fun way to excercise that doesn't wear me out and Anne absolutely loves it.

Anne's favorite snuggle buddy.

I've been doing a lot of crocheting lately making things for Rachel and Anne.

Anne supervising Daddy has he fixes our dishwasher.

We went to go visit Great Grandma and Grandpa Hebbert and Anne serenaded them with her piano skills.

My Grandpa Hebbert turned 90 this year! Happy Birthday Grandpa!

Cute new pj's. It's finally cooling off here, thank goodness :)

Anne just wanted to sit and play in this box for about a half hour while I organized her and Rachel's clothes.

Break out the winter gear! Anne loves her snow coat and hat and wore them around the house for a half hour before we left for the Homecoming parade.

I think the BYU homecoming parade is almost more fun that the 4th of July parade! Anne loved the music and dancers. They even handed out candy and balloons, it was very entertaining.

Anne had fun with her buddy Logan (with the green balloon). It was fun running into our Salt Lake buddies (The Enz's)!

Anne has switched over from singing to drums :)

A few weeks ago when it was still really warm outside Alexis and I decided to wash and clean out our cars and put the girls in their cute swim suits and let them play in the water. It was so much fun and the girls were adorable. Anne loved the hose and was so trusting of Aunt Jennifer to not spray her in the face while she was drinking.

Anne and Maija.
Grandpa Russell should be so proud :)

We got tickets to one game this year and we happened to pick a good one! BYU football is not doing so well this year but they did win their homecoming game against San Diego! Yay! Anne had a little trouble with the cheering, it was a little too much for her (we were in the crazy student section) but after half time and we got some hot dog in her, she calmed down and slept through most of the second half. Mom and Dad had a good time at least :)

At the car wash.....
