Jack's last days

Near the end of his days he stopped eating and drinking. Then he walked around for a day and finally collapsed. It was very sad to see Jack go. He was one of the sweetest horses I've ever met and the perfect first horse for Anne.

Anne reading to James
I loved his curly locks
Crazy girl

They showed a lot of flashback movies at the theater during covid, one of which was covid so we all got dressed up :)

One of the horses we went to look at, Pirate. She had one eye. Very sweet but way too big for us.

Dakota! We took a little girls trip up to Rexburg, ID to get our new horse Dakota. She was very sweet and had a mild temperament. The girls had so much fun riding around in the field.

Sleeping in the back of the van.

This was a cute campsite right near the river.

Rachel and her best bud Julia
Anne can sleep anywhere
The fender fell off while my friend Bridget and I were driving back up to Idaho to get Dakota to bring her home.

Dakota getting used to her new home. As we would come to find out Sally and Dakota would never really get along. There was a lot of shrieking that night.
Trying out the new horse.

A nice day up in Coalville at a friend Tom's ranch helping him build a platform and then playing around :)

Cute little beaver.
Playing with sticks, haha.
Rachel loves cooking
Listening to some good music at the park.

A little messy
Celebrating the 24th of July at Grandma and Grandpa Russell's hosue.
Ice fight with Grandpa

Almost finished with the treehouse!
Dakota and Sally did some pony rides for our friend's petting zoo. Dakota was all decked out.
Then Zac and I went on a trail ride up Provo Canyon. So pretty.

Spent the day looking at family history sites.

This was a monument to David Evans which is Zac's ancestor. We named Sarah after one of his grandaughters Sarah Julia Hodge.

Cool statue of Porer Rockwell

Funny thing on facebook about quarantine.

Getting ready for another show

Rachel won 1st place for the horse knowledge test again this year

Sally colicked one morning so Rachel and I headed to the vet. Her sweet siblings made this for her when she came home.
She ended up having to stay at the vet's over night but she pulled through.

Rachel and James
Someday it would be cool to have these for Halloween :)
