I guess this is a new found craze these days, but Emily tagged me and I love games, so here it is:

What is your husbands name? Zachary Edward Thatcher
How long have you been married? three years this last September and going strong!
How long did you date? about 2.5 years (which is a long time for provo time)
How old is he? eight years older than me! :)
Who eats sweets? more me (and I think I've passed that on to Anne) he likes more buttery foods
Who said I love you first? he said "I think I'm falling in love with you" just like in a movie, it was awesome
Who is taller? he is by about 11 inches, we think Anne is taking after her daddy (she's in the 97th percentile for heigth!)
Who can sing best? i think he would say me, but i love hearing him sing when a song comes on the radio that he likes, or when we're dancing and he sings to me
Who is smarter? we both have our strenghts, he does much better with the math and i do better with the english, we both like science and history
Who does laundry? me and Anne, up until we went to visit Zac's mom (about a year after we were married) I thought Zac really didn't know how to fold clothes, his Mom gave him away, but I still do it
Who pays the bills? i make sure they get paid, but he earns the money
Who sleeps on the right side? looking at the bed he does, it's the side with the alarm clock, i have a different kind of alarm clock, mine is much cuter
Who mows the lawn? I did the very first time and a couple times since, but then I got VERY pregnant, so Zac finished out the summer
Who cooks dinner? That's definitely both of us, Zac is an awesome cook and helps me out whenever I need it (it seems like Anne always needs to eat whever we do)
Who drives? when it's the three of us, Zac, i sit in the back seat with Anne helping her to realize her car seat is not the enemy
Who is first to admit they are wrong? both of us, i should more often though
Who kissed who first? he kissed me :)
Who asked who out first? we got set up on a blind date from our friends
Who wears the pants? we each contribute and have certain things we are more passionate about

Grandma Thatcher!

We had a great time last weekend with Grandma Thatcher! We stopped in the mall and took these pictures in one of those booths. Zac and I had never done that before, but it was a lot of fun! I'm sure we'll go back for more in the future. By the way if you're wondering what the heck Anne is wearing, it's her Green Bay Packers t-shirt because they were playing that day.

Anne had a relaxing time hanging out with her Grandma.
Anne is sporting her Carribean (sp?) dress from her Aunt Rhonda.

Anne discovered that she could make this cute sound while I was making this blog entry. She loved the attention that she got or just the cool new sound she could make that she kept making it for about 5 minutes straight.

Halloween and Other Fun Stuff

We had a fun Halloween and birthday weekend! Here's Zac doing the obvious. And Anne (top right corner of the picture) doing what she does best. When I tried to get Anne to hold a spoon to help carve the pumpkins she kept giving me the "What the heck are you doing Mom?" look that she's giving me in this picture. :)

Yes, I love Halloween, so we had a family theme in our costumes this year. Zac was Reeses Pieces, I was milk, and Anne was a little Hershey kiss. I had a lot of fun making the costumes.
At Zac's work they invited the families to come and go trick-or-treating around the office and Anne was all tuckered out from looking so dang cute in her little costume.
Our house on Halloween night. We were all decked out, even though we only had three sets of trick-or-treaters :( sad. But we had fun with the Ross's and watched Charlie Brown's Halloween movie.
Can you guess out of the following pumpkins, which one I carved and which one Zac carved. Funny how they show our personalities.

Multi-tasking.
Just some cute pics. This one is for all of you who gave me a hard time about not dressing her in pink. I actually like this shade of pink, just in moderation.

You kind of have to turn up the volume on your computers to enjoy this video, but it is of Anne making some cute noises while she is completely asleep. She carried on with this for about five minutes straight. This one is of Anne talking (well her version of it at this point anyways). This is one of our favorite things right now. She stares straight at us and talks when we talk to her. She also has a cute little giggle now, but I doubt we'd be able to catch that on film.
