A couple days before Christmas we got snow! And quite a bit of it! Anne and I went out and had a blast. She loved the snow and would giggle every time I tossed a snowball at her tummy.
Anne liked helping me build a snowman. And making snow angels :)
Making Christmas cookies. Anne loved pushing the cookie cutters into place and putting on the sprinkles....and of course eating the final product!
I was very excited for my six week postpartum appointment that cleared me so I could go running! Wahoo! I've really missed it and am excited to train for my goal of running a 10k.
We had a very nice Christmas eve eve dinner with some friends. Yummy food and wonderful company.
On Christmas eve we went up to Gardner village, which we had never heard about until our friend told us about it the night before. It was awesome! A very cute little old village of shops up in West Jordan that was all decorated for Christmas. Turns out this cottage actually belonged to one of my ancestors, how cool is that?
Anne loved the cute little elves.
In one of the shops Anne went up to a whole rack of stuffed animals and picked out these two, her favorites.
And of course, a light sabor....?
Our house on Christmas eve. I know the flash is off, but I liked the way it looked like tis.
Santa was very good to us this year. He left some yummy goodies in our stockings. I know we are missing one, but I ran out of time making Dad's. Next year.
You'll see in the videos, Anne had a blast Christmas morning. She loved her presents...and the bows :) Thank you to everyone that sent us such wonderful and thoughtful presents, we love you all! :)
Rachel slept through most of it but woke up for some of her presents.
Cute Okinawa toe socks from Michelle!
My cute fuzzy man :)
One of Anne's favorite presents..and ours. She knew just what to do with it. We are currently on day 4 of potty training and we had no accidents today! Yay for Anne! She is such a big girl. :)
And yes she put those packing peanuts in her own hair....and ear.
Zac's present this year (from me) was a series of matching hunting gifts leading up to me finally getting my hunter's safety licence so we can take a hunting trip together this year for our anniversary. I love you hun :)
My Christmas present was a new computer, how cool is that? I love it!
And how cute is this? She is such a smiley happy baby. We love you Rachel!
She has my dimple.
Her new teddy bear. We saw this and it just reminded me of her.
Anne loves to help with Rachel. She helps with her bottle and pacifier. She will even help throw away her diapers. Such a big helper.
Santa gave Anne an electronic reading book. This last week she has learned most of the alphabet and likes to say them when we read books. Our smart little girl.
Bathtime again! Our cute little chubby baby :)

Your family is adorable! These early years are so much fun at Christmas. I don't know who was the bigger kid, me and Rick, or the actual kids. LOL.
Oh, that was great, so much better with sound, too (now that I remembered which plugs and switches to do). What a fun Christmas morning with the little cuties. Thanks
