Anne liked all the baby stuff we pulled out getting ready for Rachel's arrival. She thought this was a TV lounge chair.
She has a renewed love of her horsey.
I had a great birthday this year! Zac got me this awesome cheese hat which I will someday wear when we actually go to a Packers game.
Halloween pictures! I think our costumes are pretty self-explanatory. We decided to go with a traditional theme this year because I really really wanted to be a pumpkin. Anne did great with trick-or-treating and thanks to aunties and grandparents she was very excited about the candy :)
Our cute little ghost.
Surprisingly, Anne liked helping with the pumpkin.
My handsome mummy. Yes, that is white duct tape.
Our first snow.
Anne modeling a very stylish new coat courtesy of her stylist, Aunt Dawn :)
Zac had a good birthday as well. Us girls had fun spoiling him :)
Thanksgiving family photo.
Anne has recently learned how to do zippers which doesn't make pajama time easy. This is as far as she got, she couldn't quite figure out how to get it off her foot :)
Anne loves her baby sister. She is constantly wanting to give her kisses and asks where she is whenever she enters a room. She is also very cautious around her and is just starting to want to touch her.
Rachel and Anne definitely look like sisters, but Rachel definitely looks different than Anne when she was born.
Our little angel cutie. She is such an awesome little baby and we are so blessed that she is here with us.
Anne doing what she loves best, "puter!"
She must have been laying like this in my tummy because she loves having her hands close to her face like this while she sleeps.
We are also very excited to have my Dad come to visit for the weekend! Grandpa was an expert baby holder and won Anne over with Diet Coke :)
Rachel's blessing day. We decided to go ahead and have her blessed the weekend after she was born while my Dad was in town so he could participate. It was very special and thank you to all those that were able to help with that. I am so glad that Zac is such a good father and was able to bless our little Rachel America.
Thanks again to Aunt Jennifer for the very pretty blessing dress.
Rachel's first bath at home. She wasn't a fan.
Anne was so tuckered out one night she crawled into her stroller that was in the front room, grabbed her blanket and zonked out in front of the tv.
Daddy and his new little girl.
Anne trying to give the camera kisses.
So far we've been able to tell that Rachel has a very mellow and serious personality. She's very calm, doesn't cry hardly at all and when she looks at you, she's very serene. I think that's the best word to describe her. She has smiled a couple times and giggled once. But for the most part when she's awake she just looks...serene...like this.
And this last group is from the hospital. Here we are getting ready to leave. I have to say, I still don't understand why people don't like Utah Valley hospital. All three times I've been there, they've been great. Private rooms, great nurses, pretty good food, and overall good experience. I am extremely gratefull for modern medicine and smart doctors. If it were not for them, Rachel and I probably wouldn't have made it through this one.

Yeah! We love your sweet little family! Hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and hopefully we will see you soon!
Those were just great!! Thanks for taking the time to share all the fun shots.
Rachel is so beautiful! Congratulations to you guys! You have an awesome family.
Those are great pictures. Both girls are so adorable! We had Shelby at Utah Valley almost 15 years ago. I loved it there. I cried when I got home. I missed my nurses. And after having the other two in Florida, I can say my experience at Utah Valley was my best.
Best wishes to you and your cute family.
